All rooms are cosy and well equipped with central heating, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, Flat screen television in and Sky Sat', Ironing Board (on request) and have double glazing.
Each room has en-suite facilities and have recently been refurbished to a high standard making them ideal for long or short stays.

We have one twin room and two double rooms available. .

Room rates vary on the time of year from £25.00 per person base on two nights stay, to £27.00 per person for a single nights stay. Single occupancy is available, ask for details.

Breakfast:
Served in the dining room we offer Full Scottish breakfast, Continental including yoghurts, fresh fruit and even good old Porridge. We can provide vegetarian options on request.

Parking & Garden:
We have secure parking for several cars for those who require it.

Also outside we have a private patio area with tables, chairs and umbrellas within the garden for residents to sit outside to relax and enjoy the weather.
